We cook at your event
We bring the mobile pizza ovens and bake fresh pizza right at your party. Guests eat it hot, straight out of the ovens, all event long. It’s dinner and entertainment all in one. Great for backyards, weddings, company parties, and block parties.

We cater it ready to serve
We prep everything at our restaurant and it arrives hot and ready at your event. Pick it up or have us drop it off. Pizzas, family salads, appetizers, and dessert, timed to your event.

The Guided Tasting +$1,400 A Certified Cicerone hosts a structured tasting for your guests: a selection of beers and wines paired with the pizzas coming out of the oven.

48 hours for standard catering orders. Mobile pizza cooking events book further out, especially weekends. Reach out and we will do our best either way.

A reasonably flat spot about 8 ft by 8 ft is great. We handle the rest, including setup and cleanup.

Yes. We have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options and can work with common requests. Note it when you reach out and we will build around it.

We serve Long Beach and our neighbors and we travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.

It’s Southern California, pretty sure we’ll be okay. We can cook in light weather. If conditions get extreme, we will work with you to reschedule.
